I left the corporate world and started DebCo HR because I saw a problem and wanted to be a part of the solution, to pay it forward (thus my title of Chief Pay it Forward Officer).

The old ways of treating people at work have failed. And because of this, many employees are disengaged, burned out, and leaving their companies because they no longer meet their changing needs.

I'm on a mission to change this by helping companies see the workplace and their people differently, and then rebelliously challenge the status quo by breaking the rules of traditional HR and deliver results.

This means saying goodbye to company values, cultures and people strategies that don't do what you need them to, handbooks and policies that quite frankly put your people to sleep, and HR programs that have been around since I entered the workplace over 20 years ago (I know, a long time!).
